We spent three days in tranquility and relaxation in this wonderful farmhouse. We did not use the restaurant, because in that period was closed ... too bad. The manager very kind and helpful. Recommended

We spent a relaxing week's holiday on this wonderful farm. Dina, Grazia and all their wonderful family, welcomed us with warmth and sympathy recommending places to visit and fun activities for our children. Excellent food, lovely scenery.

Services

  • Breakfast: from 8 AM to 10 AM, included in the room rate. For flats the price is € 10 per person per day.
  • Additional bed: for flats € 10 per person per day. For rooms € 20 per person per day (including breakfast).
  • Cot: € 5 per day.
  • Towels: included with change every 3 days. Extra change € 5 per person.
  • Sheets: included with change every 7 days. Extra change € 10 per double-bed.
  • Pool towel: € 5 per person to keep for the entire stay.
  • Daily cleaning on request: € 20 per day.
  • Washing machine usage: € 3 per use (including soap).
  • Heating, electricity, water and gas: included.
  • Use of swimming pool: included in the price.
  • Aperitif or afternoon Italian snack : menu price.
  • Yoga class: €10 per person. Classes are held in our olive grove (subject to availability).
  • Experiences to enjoy together: Enquire at reception.

Terms

  • Check-in: from 15:00
  • Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.
  • Flats: prices are for 2 persons
  • Rooms: prices are for 2 people.
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights. In August 7 nights
  • Deposit: 30% on booking.
  • Bill settlement: in cash or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
  • Cancellation policy: cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. The deposit will be returned minus € 20 for administration costs.
  • Delayed arrival, early departure or no-show: we calculate the full amount of the booked stay.

In Car

  • Coming from the motorway A14 (Bologna-Taranto), exit at Val Vibrata, continue to Nereto centre and from there to Torano Nuovo. After about 3 km, at the crossroads, turn right for Villa Fiore
  • Coming from the Autstrada A24 (Rome-L’Aquila-Teramo), after Teramo take the Autostrada A14 northbound (Ancona). Exit at Val Vibrata, continue to Nereto centre and from there to Torano Nuovo. After about 3 km, at the crossroads, turn right for Villa Fiore
  • Coming from the Superstrada Ascoli mare (Ascoli Piceno-San Benedetto del Tronto), exit at Spinetoli. Continue to Torano Nuovo. At the end of the slope go straight on for Torano Nuovo and after about 1 km, along a bend, follow the road on the left for Villa Fiore
 

By Train

  • from the station of San Benedetto del Tronto (AP): a 25-minute drive.
  • from Giulianova (TE) station: a 20-minute drive.
  • from Giulianova (TE) station: 20 minutes’ drive.


From the stations there is no public transport connection to Villa Fiore

By plane

  • from Rome Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci airport) or Rome Ciampino (Giovan Battista Pastine airport), Highway A24 (Rome-L’Aquila-Teramo) towards Teramo. Distance by car 2.30 hours.
  • from Ancona (Raffaello Sanzio airport), take the A14 motorway heading south (Pescara), exit at Val Vibrata. Distance by car 1.30 hours
  • from Pescara (Abruzzo International Airport), take the A14 motorway heading north (Ancona), and exit at Val Vibrata. Distance by car 1 hour.
